Thank you Scott Nelson for helping us with this. Anyone looking to buy or sell seriously needs to look at working with Scott. We had a number in mind that we wanted and he managed to get us more! What we found nice was how he genuinely cared about our needs and wants and then was able to over deliver. Even though I am sure the commissions are nice, it never once felt like that was the only thing in play. I would 100% recommend Scott as a person to work with as I know he will put everything he has into it.
